Forest Pentagram

Origianlly painted for Spiral for their Legends range of t-shirts. I was out walking my dog in the woods one day and I saw an unusual set of tree branches crossing over each other. They almost formed a pentagram shape and gave me the idea for this design. This image also features as the month of May in ny2009 Dragon calendar published by Llewellyn. © Anne Stokes.
