Siren's Lament
Inspired by the rugged sea cliffs and gothic connection
of Whitby, a small coastal town in the UK. I like
to give the hint of a story with many of my artworks
and get the viewer thinking. Is the mermaid mourning
the loss of these dead sailors? Or has she lured them
to their deaths to add to her skull collection!?
